Three Cases of Keratomycosis

Abstract
Recently Ophthalmic troubles caused by fungus are increasing, and primary exogenous mycotic infection of cornea probably always follows some injury or disease of the eye, including non traumatic lesions, and there is good evidence that widespread topical use of steroid and perhaps antibacterial antibiotics is responsible for its increasing prevalence.
This paper report 3 cases of mycotic with penicillium species (Case I), microsporum gypseum (Case II), and fusarium species (Case III), which were successfully treated with anti fungal medication except Case I, and reviewed literatures.
